tara, thanks for the useful information. I hear you on the price points. I gather here on AR there are all levels. As an industry I think the major of sales are in the 100 - 300k point. With that I am interested in the flip video information.

Tara - thanks for the info. I agree that $500k in So.Cal. maybe totally different than other markets and at a certain price point, it becomes important to bring in something more professional.

Tara- Your video episodes are great. When using the flip video for community showcasing you can use voice over in Active Rain/Mixpo video editing to get a very professional sounding and looking video. We work in the luxury market and sell these homes without video:) Of course we are not in the most internet savy place in the world:) I do write very complete blog post with lots of photos that make the phone ring for higher price points, I am talking over 1 M. Katerina- That's great! The main problem with the Flip camera is its limited capabilities. If you know how to work around those, you can certainly get creative.
