thanks for sharing this. fyi, video doesnt help with SEO.  It's keywords that help SEO.  I'd say video helps keep the viewers longer on the site.  Great idea, awesome tool!

I know everyone else has said the same thing, but thank you for sharing the video.  I've already added it to my site!

So glad everyone likes the video :-)  As far as SEO, the way that it helps (technically) is through Adobe technology which makes the spoken word searchable increasing keywords.  The way is helps (organically) is by more people hopefully, visiting your site and coming back for different content.  In no way is video as strong as solid content in regards to SEO but it is a great supporting character and most viewers online are now expecting to see it on your site...  So I help this helps get the ball rolling :-)

Pretty good stuff.  Of course, you definitely will benefit from all of the links back to your site in the embed code.  I can see how that will help your SEO...  But how does video content help our SEO?  I mean, Google can't "read" the video.  It could be porn for all Google knows.

But I think it's a smart way for you to get lots more links.

Google actually does know what the video is saying...it basically translates the spoken word and reads it just as text or keywords through Adobe.  Where this really comes into play is when you have videos that focus on your area of expertise whether it be a certain part of the region, a specific demographic, or service that you offer.  Basically, you're adding to the searchable words that you want Google to see through a different medium :-)

Video is becoming increasingly useful as downloading time becomes faster.  In the past, waiting for video to load was more of a hassle.

Google is working on searching audio withen videos. Look for it in Google labs under audio indexing.
