Frank- The Seller's Video Connector is a DVD that plays on the computer or a DVD player. As for the downloadable video, there shouldn't be anything special that you need, just clicking a "download" button. Our goal is to make this as simple as possible...and we'll be sure to give instructions on how it's done, too.
